HOOKAY. today is really the MOST embarrassing day EVER for poor me.
YOU GUYS HAD FUN MAKING ME EMBARRASS MYSELF RIGHT?!
but really, i'm not the kind of person to play such stuff.
however, seeing all the effort you all put in, i decided to try to be sporting.
although i wasn't THAT successful, i still did well right?

first, i met THE SHORT ONE at ps.
our dear charmaine was attemting to hide behind the pillar when i had already seen her.
the first task was to wear this bright red board with "IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY, SO SING ME MY SONG!" on the front, and the lyrics they made up behind.
so apparently, with people all around me, i only carried the board in front of me when i was in the bus.
and at the traffic light, this lady was like reading the board and staring at me all the way.
omg like i really wanted to bury my head in the ground.

then when we got to taka, i had to find joey. i kind of missed her, but i went back thanks to a clue and i saw her hair and i recognised her immediately.
then i had to go buy a PINK donut and go "OMG, THIS IS FREAKIN PINK! LIKE TOTALLY~" very bimbo-ishly. come on, at least i said that line. i didn't even dare to look at the salesgirl okay.

and then we walked to lucky plaza to find joy who was blending in with the crowd (+ filippinos) very well. i just walked past her without knowing luh!
ahah but i turned around and went to hug her from behind.
this time round, my task was to ask a stranger to take 5 photos of me with "ah lian poses".
that was pretty okay i suppose.

after that, we headed to ion to look for zishan in topshop. she blended in pretty well too due to the change of hairstyle, but still, i managed to find her after searching for the third time or something. on the way, i saw milubing and stared at the lead singer for awhile cos i found him familiar. LOL.
and of course, i had a task. and it was to approach a random couple and ask the gf if i could take a picture with her bf. okay, i don't know why, but i found this very hard. so i tried to make them compromise by letting me approach some tourist and ask the guy to take a picture with me.
then, they wanted me to go into this shop and ask this "decent" guy to sing me my birthday song. but after hesitating for who-knows-how-long, he came out and asked if they were trying to do something weird to me or to him or w.e.
he said it was embarrassing to sing so he didn't, and i was like "YAHHHHH" to him.

we moved on to food republic at wisma to find royston, which i found pretty easily. hahas.
and my task, was to behave like an aunty while going down the escalator.
that, would also mean to push and go "scuse! excuse me!!".
thank GOD the escalator didn't have a lot of ppl on it so i was sort of saved. i didn't really push so i only said excuse me. they tried to make me go through it again but no thankssssss.

then we headed to far east to look for old man kent. haha he was easy to find too.
i was supposed to stand in front of a stranger/strangers and let him take a photo of me. and if the person moves away, i would have to follow that person like a retard. haha that was kind of half hearted too. only that indian guy didn't mind.

and then, we went to find ely at borders, who instead went to marks and spencer. and we played sardines after he came back, but i managed to spot him too. so PHEW!
i had to skip and sing myself a birthday song. luckily, i had the help of my darlings and i completed it. they sang/shouted me a birthday song in the middle of the street and i enjoyed that moment. hahas.

last but not least, we found qianying in isetan at lido, and i had to run on the street and paint(literally) royston's fingernails green with my hands. GOSH all those onlookers were probably laughing at that scene. after all i had been through, i couldn't be bothered already. hahas.

FINALLY i was set free after sitting on the streets with the board asking ppl to sing me a birthday song. didn't really get a full song, but nonetheless, it was better than nothing.

and last but not least, thank you to CHARMAINE, JOEY, JOY, ZISHAN, YINGEN, ROYSTON, KENT, QIANYING AND ELY for making today such a precious and unforgettable day for me!

joy's house was huge, leka was adorable, rockband was addictive, cake was awesomeee, dinner was cool, HTHT was NEVER BETTER!
